Phew. It’s amazing how you never realize that you’ve been holding your breath until you either blank out, or exhale. In our case, we just exhaled. Christmas is over. It was fun, it was busy, we hustled, we met many awesome people and got to know our store just a little more intimately than we thought we would in such a short period of time.
Today we swept. We boxed up the remaining Christmas items and began the exciting job of rearranging toward bringing out our new stock of home design accessories, furnishing and table goods.
While we were at it we switched it up a bit on the plantings side and made a few designs that were in our heads. In addition to a new series of Terrariums, we’ve been working with more succulents and air plants — so much fun and gratifying to create with these rustic looking creatures of the pot.
