This week we began to receive loads of amazing fresh greens. Evergreen bows, stems, trimmings, pine cones, berry branches and more poured into our courtyard in preparation for our Centro Garden Christmas in the Courtyard event. Over the next few days we’ll be hard at work with our designers sculpting these materials into amazing design pieces; urns, planters, wreaths and other finished seasonal outdoor joy.
We spent last weekend designing and building displays, erecting market umbrellas and placing planter containers to accept all the goods and this morning arrived to discover we had to start all over again as extreme winds in the night swept it all to the back corner of the courtyard. Eesh.
It’s said you always do things faster, and better, the second time and as such, everything is once again back in place.
Though we’re concentrating on having everything set up for early next week, come by Friday and through the weekend to be among the first to snatch up some of the items we have only in short supply before everyone else discovers them. There may even be a few bent up market umbrellas on sale at the back of the courtyard if you are handy!
